The Hairy n’ Scary Pet Costume Contest will consist of three (3) categories, The Cutest Dog Costume, Cutest Cat Costume and the Cutest Small Pet Costume in Cleveland (this category is for other small furry or feathered pets only). Entries will be accepted beginning on Thursday, October 1, 2020 at 8:00 a.m, Eastern Time and ends on Sunday, November 1, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
