Rules

Only photos of Basset Hounds are eligible.
Every Basset is eligible. The dog does not need to be rescued from NTBHR.
Photos should only be of the Basset Hound (people in background are okay, but the hound needs to be the subject)
You may enter as many times as you like, but please note that the winner is based on the highest number of votes for one photo.
Donations sent to our PO Box or made through our web page do not count towards votes for this photo contest.
Photos will be accepted on the NTBHR contest website from September 28, 2016, at 8:00 AM through October 18, 2016, at 8:00 PM for public viewing.
Votes will be accepted on the NTBHR contest website from September 28, 2016, at 8:00 AM through October 18, 2016, at 8:00 PM. Votes are $1 each. Top voted photo will win prize as outlined below.
Entrant must own full rights to photo and photos may not be copyrighted.
Entrant retains rights to image but by submitting to NTBHR Photo Contest, they are giving NTBHR non-exclusive and irrevocable royalty free license to use the photo as we wish.
