By submitting a photograph to this competition you:

The contest is open to any photographer over 16 years old.
Declare that you own the copyright of the photograph and that it is your original work (or submitted with permission). Previously published photographs for which exclusive rights were granted are not eligible for entry.
The photographs submitted are of the specified locations - Ocean City Beach, Ocean City Boardwalk, and Ocean City/Assateague Bay Sunsets.
Photos may be edited to a reasonable degree - tonal adjustments, saturation, color balance, sharpening, noise reduction, etc. Drastic alterations (addition of individuals, removal of significant portions of the photo, etc.) are discouraged.
Color, black and white, sepia, etc. photos are accepted.
The prize must be collected by the winner and is non-transferable.
The winners will be contacted via the email address and telephone number provided during entry.
Judge's Pick winners will be announced on November 7th, 2024.
