Donations made in support of the CO+HOOTS Foundation are valued at one vote for every $1.00 donated. Those who donate $25 or more will receive a tax-deductible receipt at the close of the contest upon request.
Teams must pay $250 to enter the contest for a chance to become a competitor in Lip Sync Battle 2019.
If a team wishes to automatically secure their spot as a Lip Sync Battle 2019 competitor, they can submit 750 votes after creating their team profile ($750). The first four teams to reach 750 votes will automatically earn a spot in Lip Sync Battle 2019. The remaining entries will need to garner the most votes to become competitors.
Teams must be at least 2 members and not to exceed 6 members
The top 8 teams with the most votes (and/or the top teams + the teams at a 750 vote buy in) will be determined at the end of the contest on 7/31/19 at 11:59:59pm and will be invited to attend the Live OFFPITCH event on 7/31/19.
Prizes for this and the final contest have no cash value, this is purely for the glory! Finalist Prizes and Final Event performance winners will receive no cash value prize.
Participants are encouraged to upload a photo of your team and/or company logo upon signup and are invited to create video posts on YouTube and social media and refer to their contest page for votes.

The CO+HOOTS Foundation is not responsible for securing copyright permissions for recordings, this is exclusively the responsibility of participants.
By agreeing to the contest rules, you also acknowledge and give permission to the CO+HOOTS Foundation to use team member names, story/bio and all photos of the team members in this and future Foundation publications, web, print and social media.
CO+HOOTS Foundation has the right to reject any entries for any reason (and entry fee will be refunded).
