Is there a minimum number of votes required per entry?
NO. Each vote costs $1, but there is no minimum requirement for number of votes cast per individual.
I've registered my pet! Now what?
Get the word out! Tell your friends and family to vote for your pet before end of business on July 31st. Be sure to share reminders along the way as it usually takes 4-5 reminders before people follow through and cast a vote.
Are votes tax-deductible?
Heartwood Haven is a 501 (c)(3) organization, Tax ID# 82-3314258. Each vote is a donation to Heartwood Haven and is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Can I vote for my own pet?
Absolutely! You are welcome (and encouraged) to cast as many votes as you'd like for your own pet's photo.
