If you would like to make a general donation, without voting, please complete the form below.By donating, you'll be supporting UHCCF in providing medical grants to families to help pay for medical expenses for their child that are not covered by their insurance. UHCCF medical grants help offer timely financial support to families, so they can focus on what is most important – improving the quality of life of their child. UHCCF grants help with medical expenses not covered, or not fully covered, by their commercial health insurance. 
There are many ways your contribution will help make a direct and immediate impact in a child's life. To further your impact and submit a donation match, please follow the instructions below after completing your contribution:- If you are a UnitedHealth Group, UnitedHealthcare, or Optum employee, please visit the United for Giving portal to request a match and double your dollars. Eligible donations will be matched by the United Health Foundation to help further your impact.
