Miko lives at Blanchet Farm, a residential program for homeless men struggling with addiction. Blanchet Farm is operated by Blanchet House of Hospitality, a nonprofit serving homeless and food insecure community members in Portland. At Blanchet Farm, men care for our farmland and animals in a peer supported environment that promotes healing and recovery. This photo, taken at the Farm,. highlights the beauty and serenity in which our residents and animals live. Miko brings great joy to our residents, and he is often found trailing the men around the grounds.
