Faye Faye was born under a rusted cart in Portland’s industrial district—the smallest of a feral litter. She survived on scraps and instinct, ears sharp to sirens and coyotes. Rain never fazed her; she knew every dry crawlspace in town. A chance meeting with the Feral Cat Coalition gave her first taste of trust before landing at the Oregon Humane Society. After a quiet gap year, she chose her human not out of need, but curiosity. She now rules her new home as Chief Executive Doughball, surveying her domain from her hard-earned corner box office.
