New to Portland, Oregon, Rio is originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee. He was adopted from a rescue when he was a few months old, and eight years later he still has the sassy attitude and contagious smile we fell in love with. His favorite things are broccoli, sunbathing, and new adventures with his moms and brother, Rupp.
