Welcome to the Oconee Therapeutic Riding 2025 Calendar Contest!
We are excited to present our 1
st annual calendar contest, where you have the chance to vote for your favorite OTR horse to be featured on the cover of our 2025 calendar. Each of our horses holds a special place in our hearts, and now you can help decide which one will grace the cover!
How It Works:
- Each vote costs $1, with a minimum of 5 votes required to participate.
- You can vote as many times as you'd like, so rally your friends and family to join in the fun!
- The horse with the most votes will be featured on the cover, with others highlighted throughout the calendar.
- One lucky voter will win a free photo session with CM Bryson Photography, including a $500 image credit. Each vote counts as one entry in the contest.
- Empty squares of the calendar are also available to purchase for $25 each. You can showcase a photo of your choosing and will also be entered in the prize drawing.
- Please note, the photos you are voting for may or may not be the actual photo featured in the calendar. The cover horse and some others may have a new photo shoot with never before seen images.

Prizes
Winning Horse Selection
- The horse with the most votes at the end of the voting period will be declared the winner and will be featured on the cover of the 2025 Oconee Therapeutic Riding Calendar.
- In the event of a tie, a runoff vote will be held between the tied horses, with details to be announced.
Cover Photo Session
- After voting concludes, a professional photographer will take a new photo of the winning horse. This photo will be featured on the cover of the calendar.
- The photo session will be scheduled based on the availability of the photographer, the horse, and the Oconee Therapeutic Riding team.
Prize for Entrants
- Each vote or purchase of a calendar square equals one entry in the final drawing to win a free photo session with CM Bryson Photography, plus a $500 credit for the purchase of images from the photographer.
- The drawing will be conducted using a random number generator.
Contest Overview
Oconee Therapeutic Riding is excited to announce our 2025 Calendar Contest! Participants will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite horse to be featured on the cover of our 1st annual calendar. All proceeds from the contest will directly support our therapeutic riding program.
Voting Period
Voting will be open from 7:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Sunday, September 15, 2024 until 9:00:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Friday, October 18, 2024. Votes cast after this deadline will not be counted.
How to Vote
- Each vote costs $1, with a minimum purchase of $5.
- There is no limit to the number of votes an individual can cast.
- Votes can be submitted online via our official contest webpage.
- All payments must be made at the time of voting via accepted electronic methods through the voting platform.
Winning Horse Selection
- The horse with the most votes at the end of the voting period will be declared the winner and will be featured on the cover of the 2025 Oconee Therapeutic Riding Calendar.

- Square purchases are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be reserved by October 18, 2024.
- All square purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued.

Calendar Sales

- All votes and square purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.
- Oconee Therapeutic Riding reserves the right to disqualify any votes that appear to be fraudulent or violate the spirit of the contest.
- By participating in the contest, participants agree to these official rules and the decisions of Oconee Therapeutic Riding, which are final and binding in all respects.
- Oconee Therapeutic Riding reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time for any reason.
