Pluto - Proof that the right environment for a dog makes a world of difference. Pluto was adopted from a shelter in KY by his previous owner. The family unit was not comfortable for Pluto and he began to snarl, snap and bite. Thankfully, the family felt he had GOOD in him and they surrendered him to OESR rather than returning him to the shelter where he likely would not have had a future. From the moment we picked Pluto up from his transporter, he formed an immediate bond with our teenage daughter. He has been with us for 4 years and the bond they have is so beautiful.
