Hello! My name is Cooper Valencia, and I am five years old. I was abandoned at a gun kennel in North Carolina, had heartworm, and was exposed to lyme's disease. OESR rescued me, and Denise gave me wonderful care and loved me through my treatment. I found my forever home with Julie and Tony, and I have all the love and care I will ever need. Thank you OESR!
