Porter is a young spunky boy! Porter is special needs with an underdeveloped cerebellum in his brain. This may cause him to be a little clumsy & uncoordinated, but it does not slow him down! He loves watching birds & rabbits, chasing his flirt pole, & cuddling with his mama & fur sister. Porter’s goofy personality & gentle demeanor brings a smile to everyone he meets. Porter shows resilience everyday with his condition & that every dog deserves a loving home even those with special needs.
