Rules

• DATES
• Entries will be accepted through 10/23/2020 12:00:00 pm (MT). [EXTENDED THROUGH 10/25/2020 12:00:00 pm (MT)]
• Voting will begin 10/23/2020 12:00:00 pm (MT) and end at 10/31/2020 11:59:59 pm (MT).
• Winner will be announced via email and social media on 11/01/2020.
• Prizes must be claimed within 60 days.

• ENTRIES
• No purchase or donation necessary to enter this contest. 
• Anyone under the age of 18 must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter.
• A limit of (5) pumpkin submissions will be accepted per household.
• All pumpkins submissions must be that of the entrants ownership and rights. No stock photography will be accepted.
• Pumpkins must be from this year (October 2020). Photos from prior years will not be accepted.
• Pumpkins must be family-friendly and in good nature.
• All rights to photos will be subject to the contest privacy and usage policies as seen on the privacy policy notification on this site.
• Kids contests are only available for entries from the designated age group.
• Failure to comply with any of the contest rules on this page is grounds for immediate disqualification from the contest. Pagosa Arts Initiative reserves the rights to disqualify an entry not abiding by the rules at any time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified for any reason, the Pagosa Arts Initiative reserves the rights to determine an alternate winner

• VOTING
• $1 donations are equivalent to 1 vote. All donations are final, no refunds will be processed.
• Winners will be determined by the amount of votes received per category.
• Donation proceeds from the contest will go towards the Pagosa Springs Arts Council, DBA Pagosa Arts Initiative, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

• PRIZES
• A total of (9) prizes will be awarded. For each category, there will be a first, second, third place winner.

• Kids Contest (Ages 3 - 7) Prizes:
• (1) First Prize winner of a Kid's Artist Starter Pack. Contains: (1) UCreate 24-sheet Drawing pad, (1) 78-piece Wood Art Set, (1) Crayola Super Tips Marker 20-pack, (1) Mixy Squish Air Dry Clay Pack (Valued at $22)

• Kids Contest (Ages 8 - 12) Prizes:

• (1) Second Prize winner of a Face Paint Kit. Contains: (1) Go Create! 22 Color Face Paint Kit (Valued at $10)
• (1) Third Prize winner of a Face Paint Kit. Contains: (1) Go Create! 22 Color Face Paint Kit (Valued at $10)

• Adults & Family Contest Prizes:
• (1) First Prize winner of $100 cash
• (1) Second Prize winner of $50 cash
• (1) Third Prize winner of $25 credit towards a future Pagosa Arts Initiative class or event (Valued at $25)
