Providence Animal Rescue League (PARL) is celebrating pets and honoring the love and joy that they bring to our lives each and every day! Please join us by uploading a photo of your amazing dog, cat, or small animal companion for just $10, and then encourage your friends and family to vote. Each vote is just $1 and all funds raised go to support PARL's mission and programs. 

Coloring books will be professionally printed with a heavy cover and durable coloring pages. Coloring books will be available for sale in October 2023 (online or in-person) and may also be distributed for promotional and humane educational activities to further PARL's mission and programs. 

This contest aims to highlight and celebrate Rhode Island pets, currently living or in their memory. Only entries of pets who live/lived in Rhode Island or were originally adopted in Rhode Island are eligible to enter. It is NOT a requirement that the pet be adopted from PARL. 

• The top 14 vote-getters will have their photo converted into a one-of-a-kind coloring page by local artist, Rachel Snider, to be included in PARL's first ever Coloring Book!
• The top vote-getter will also be featured on the coloring book's cover and will be the first coloring page in the book. 

The Providence Animal Rescue League (PARL) is a private, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization founded in 1913. PARL is dedicated to pets and the people who love them! Programs include cat, dog, and small animal adoptions, as well as low-cost spay/neuter, pet food assistance and preventative vet care clinics for companion animals in Rhode Island. PARL's mission is to provide for the rescue and relief of suffering and homeless animals, and to perform charitable or benevolent acts for the welfare of animals.
