A little about me...
Hi, I’m Simon.

My human adopted me in 2020 when I was just a 3-month-old kitten. Because of COVID, she wasn’t allowed to come into the shelter to meet me first. She picked me based on a picture and hoped for the best.

When she finally got me home and opened my carrier, it was the first time we’d ever seen each other. She says she instantly fell in love. I was tiny, adorable, and apparently impossible to resist. I still use that to my advantage.

What she didn’t know was that she wasn’t adopting an ordinary kitten. She was adopting a professional talker, expert troublemaker, and part-time mountain goat. I have strong opinions about everything and see no reason to keep them to myself. I also believe that if something can be climbed, it should be climbed—even if it’s a wall.

Over the last six years, I’ve traded shelter life for a life of luxury. I have cozy places to nap, plenty of toys, endless attention, and a human who seems happy to cater to my every need. In return, I keep her entertained with daily conversations, surprise acrobatics, and just enough mischief to keep things interesting.

Taking a chance on a little kitten she had never met turned out to be one of the best decisions my human ever made. At least, that’s what she tells me whenever I’m hanging from something I’m not supposed to be climbing.
