A little about me...It’s true that my pants (not pictured) are fluffy. Other facts about me: I spent my kittenhood in Signal Hill living in a small garage apartment with two Goth girls who adored me, but their landlord said I had to go. A family with little kids adopted me, and I’ve been a Westsider ever since. I’m an indoor/outdoor cat—neutered and microchipped, of course—and it is my life’s mission to rid my neighborhood of rats, which I dutifully present to my family. I also like lazy naps on the porch (I do more of this as I get older), being the center of attention, and vigorous brushing. Dislikes: coyotes, territorial interlopers, and bath time (but admittedly it is occasionally necessary and I behave admirably). The little children I met long ago are grown now and the adults have gray hair, but their love is unchanged. “Good boy, Chiefie,” they say. Every cat should be so lucky.
