I’m RuPaul!

Ambitions: Squirrels. They must be chased, stalked and (one day) caught. No squirrel shall know peace or tranquility.

Turn-ons: My stuffed toys Monster, Watermelon and most importantly Carrot.

Turnoffs: Baths and being rushed on walks.

Favorite Foods: Just Food for Dogs Beef with Russet Potatoes, my chicken treats, pronounced “Shee-k-OHN.”

Favorite Activity: Spinning around in joy, chasing my fabulous tail.

Places I’ve Lived: Lancaster Animal Shelter, Paw Parent, and West Hollywood since October 11, 2018, but Mom and I did live in Philadelphia for six weeks which was super fun.

My Origin Story: I arrived at the animal shelter on August 20, 2018 as a stray—no microchip, not neutered, and with a badly injured eye that, sadly, never healed. Despite everything, the shelter gave me the behavior grade “1 – Sweet.” Honestly, they couldn’t have described me better! Soon, my luck turned around—Paw Parent came to my rescue! Then, on October 7th, Mom met me at PetSmart, and just a few days later, I landed at my new forever home. Tah-dah! The start of my happily ever after. 🐾

How I Got My Name: The night Isabell left me at my new forever home, I found my reflection, my tail did a fabulous swish, and I was in love with the dog looking back at me. I have the spirit of RuPaul.
