Your Pet's Story or Bio
We call her Khali. When she was almost 5 months old, she was shot by a neighbor who claimed she was being aggressive. It shattered her bone in her leg and we were given two options: euthanasia or amputation. We chose amputation, and it was the easiest and best decision that we could have made for her. She may have been born with four kegs, but you couldn’t tell it with how well and how quickly she adapted. She didn’t let that one human deter her from all humans. And thank you to OTIS (now PAWS) for all they did in helping us with our girl and her vet bills. We appreciate it and so does Khali!!
