We got Oliver from a gas station. He was with an older lady and a little boy outside. I thought they were out for a walk. The lady inside was the little boys mom and mentioned they were trying to find the puppy a new home. As soon as sat down to pet him he jumped in my lap and I knew I was his forever home!
