Rules

Entries will be accepted 9:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 through 4:00:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Friday, July 8, 2022. Winners will be announced on July 25^th.
All photos must have been taken on the grounds of Peace River Botanical & Sculpture Gardens in the last five years, and cannot include Zimsculpt photos.
Entrants must have personally taken the photo(s) and have all rights to distribution and use.
Each photo requires a separate registration and fee.
There is no limit to the number of entries entrants may upload.
Each entry requires a $50 registration fee.
Photos must be in original copy format and be digitally submitted. Standard optimization techniques (i.e., cropping, minor color and contrast adjustments, saturation, and sharpening) are allowed. However, other optimizing techniques such as combinations of images and compositional changes will result in disqualification.
Amateur photographers are defined as any individual who captures photos for fun and does not derive income from their work.
The professional photographer category includes any individual who derives income, has, or is currently marketing/selling their work, or who copyrights their images with intent to sell.
All images submitted become the property of the Garden with photo credit to the photographer when possible. The entrant's signature on the registration form constitutes a release for Peace River Botanical & Sculpture Gardens to use, reproduce, publish and/or display photos without compensation.
Submissions may include pictures of plants, birds, animals, fish and/or sculptures found within the Garden. People may be included but should not be the main subject and must be unrecognizable.
Photos will be reviewed in their respective categories and published publicly for voting to determine three fan favorite winners in each category and for fundraising to support the Gardens.
All photos in both categories will be reviewed by a juried panel for a "Best in Show" winner.
