Claribelle (a Yorkie mix) was a rescue who was found on the streets over four years ago begging for food while hobbling around on a broken rear right leg. She “taken in” by Sister Sister Rescue. They took her to the Vet and her leg was put in cast. Most people were not interested in adopting her because of her cast but as a nurse practitioner, I knew that she would heal and be out of the cast soon. She healed beautifully and we’re enjoying a happy and healthy life together.
