Welcome to the Pedro Pet Pals 2020 Photo Contest! Our contest is a meaningful way to celebrate your pet while supporting Pedro Pet Pals! 100% of the proceeds will be used to help our pets in need. Show off your adorable pet while helping local animals in need. Don't forget to encourage your friends and family to vote for your pet's photo. The top dog and top cat photos with the most votes will be featured in our Best Pet Pals of 2020 wall calendars – limited DOG Edition and limited CAT Edition of 2020.


Best Pet Pal of 2020 Calendar Cover – The cat obtaining the most votes will be featured on the cover of the CAT Edition Best Pet Pals of 2020 Calendar. Similarly, the dog obtaining the most votes will be featured on the cover of the DOG Edition Best Pet Pals of 2020 Calendar. In addition, the top dog and top cat will receive a private photo session by a professional photographer from the San Pedro Photographers Association.*


The 2^nd through 11^th photos with the most votes will have their dog or cat featured as the main photo in one month of the calendar.

*Photo shoots are to be scheduled November 11th – December 11^th and arrangements will be made directly between winners and the photographer. In order to have your dog's/cat's photo included in the calendar, photo session must be completed by November 18^th. If you cannot come in for a photo or meet this deadline, we will use the photo you provided or ask you to provide another suitable photo. The final photos and month assignments (except for the Top Winner) in the calendar will be chosen by Pedro Pet Pals Board of Directors. Mini Photo Sessions may take place outdoors, except for cats (indoors only). You must be in the South Bay Area, or willing to travel to the South Bay for the photos, at no expense to Pedro Pet Pals. You will receive (1) digital copy of the photo that appears in the calendar. No other photos are guaranteed or promised. 1 pet per entry preferred. We cannot guarantee placement in the calendar should you enter a pet that is over the rainbow bridge, due to not being able to fulfill the photo session portrait.


Just want a guaranteed spot in the calendar? Reserve a day to honor your pet. This can be for your pet's adoption anniversary, birthday, loved one's birthday, memorial or really any special day! Your pet's photo will appear on the day of your choice. Just choose your favorite photo and then choose the day and pay! First come first served! Once a date has been reserved, it will no longer be available.
