When Peru isn't sending out smiling selfies he's inspiring people to make change for cats in need! Peru was rescued from a cat colony in Van Nuys with his two brothers when he was just eight weeks old. After his adoptive mama found him, she fixed his colony and... went on to fix over 250 more! What an inspiration little Peru must've been.
