Welcome to the Carroll County Art Council's 15th Annual PEEPshow! Online voting in our virtual contest is a fun way to help select the winning entries! Each vote costs $1 and all donations support the Carroll County Arts Council, one of our community's most vibrant nonprofit organizations.
The entries are on display at the Town Mall of Westminster (400 N Center Street in Westminster, MD). Stop by to check them out in person if you can!
