A little about me...Meet Finneas. He is a seal-point ragdoll who has had quite the run with his health. He had a shunt in his liver, which caused toxins to be filtered back into his bloodstream as opposed to out of his body. This caused him to become very sick every time he ate - to the point where he would suffer from seizures. Additionally, his growth is stunted due to his condition, hence why he is still kitten-sized, even at 1 years old.
With help from the veterinarians at the University of Guelph, Finneas’ shunt was closed and he is now a healthy, happy kitty who stands at a healthy weight and has not suffered any more seizures.
We hope you love Finneas as much as we do. He is an amazing and loving cat, and we are so grateful that he was given a second chance at life.
