Pet's Story
We rescued this little Darling from Spirit of Hope. He was formerly a Northern dog and was a wild and crazy young boy. He joined our home and blende in quickly and became an amazing pet and family member. At the age of 11 he developed cataracts he had essentially gone blind. We sent him to Saskatoon and invested in a new pair of lenses. Since we restored his vision it’s been great. We found that the cause of sight loss was diabetes complicated with Cushing syndrome. Today with regulated insulin and Cushing under control, he’s almost a normal 12 year old.

He’s my best buddy and we love him very much.
