Pet's Story
Jasper was adopted from WHS on March 10,2023 at the approximate age of 2 years. He came from Tadoule Lake Mb. He loves people and he has eyes that look into your soul. He's a "big" player and his favourite game is finding the ball in the snowbank. If there is no snow, this strong all muscle 27.2 KG boy loves a game of Tug. He's loves his long walks and chooses the "route" since he loves variety. When we mention the word BBQ, he's first inline. He loves his car rides and sits just looking at the world. His eyes are different colours which includes blue for his "husky" ties. The terrier, the bulldog, and even retriever have given this beautiful guy a HUGE personality! His human vocabulary is huge. At times he can be a "little" stubborn ( such as cleaning muddy feet) and it's amazing when I say "please" he steps in the basin. We went to beginners obedience school when we first adopted him -he was the biggest guy in the room, and he attempted to become a lap dog!
This past December Jasper and I were on the walkway and a fellow with a small dog was approaching us- they were still a distance away and the fellow yelled out " is that Jasper"- he remembered Jasper from obedience class. Jasper is not one to be forgotten and his cute little face on a beer can is his first attempt at stardom!!!
