The four entries with the most votes will each be featured on a beer can label, together forming a limited-edition 4-pack created in collaboration with Concord Craft Brewing.
Winners will also receive a 4-pack of the special beer (must be 21+). Plus, their pet & their story will be featured on PMSPCA's website and social media pages!
Submissions and voting will close at 9:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Monday, May 25, 2026.
Winners will be determined based on total votes and will be contacted on May 26 via both phone and email.
Winners must respond by May 28 at 12:00 PM (ET) to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within this timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.
