Roja is a spry, adorable Chihuahua with loads of personality. He came to the Potter League via Los Angeles CA in the summer of 2016 at the age of 12 1/2 + years young. I adopted Roja in October 2016 at the age of 13 years. He is an absolute love! His astonishing repertoire of sound effects include sheeplike bleats, piglet snorts and human whimpers. He loves to give lick licks and cuddle. Roja leaves a lasting impression on all who meet him!
