Jade is a senior rescue from the Potter League. She’ll be 15 this year. The first year after we brought her home, she was a ghost in the house. I’m over the moon to say she found her voice and can hold a conversation on just about any topic … her favorites are her food/treats schedule and her daily brushing! She instantly purrs when petted or her chin is scratched. Biscuits are made on occasion. She spends her days in full view, sunning herself in her tower in HER bedroom. Yes, our guest room has been officially renamed Jade’s room. A queen size bed for the Queen of the house. Whether an under the bed dweller or perched in her tower, we are so grateful to have this beautiful girl find trust in us and peace in our home.
