Abby is the sweetest little bean you’d ever meet. Due to a congenital defect in her spine, Abby has no use of her back legs. That doesn’t slow her down though! She’s a busy little bee and loves spending time in tue sun. She’s a true Santa Barbara girl; the beach is her favorite place! You can catch her there most Saturdays. Vote for Abby!
