A little about me...
Hi my name is Dakota, formerly known as Splat, I was rescued by DCCR in November 2021 in New Mexico and moved to Colorado. When my foster mom picked me up at transport I was so scared I had to be carried because I’m very afraid of being on a leash. My foster family fell in love with me and I am a very happy girl now but I still don’t like leashes. I like to play with my two sisters but I have too much energy sometimes. I like to sleep touching one of my sisters or with my head under my daddy’s legs. I like to toss my toys around in the air, chase my sisters and protect my humans from any dogs walking by my house.
