Rules

• Your pet(s) do NOT have to be adopted to be eligible to enter the contest.
• All entries must be made electronically through the contest website, we are unable to accept mailed or physical entries.
• All photo entries must be taken by the pet owner or you must own the copyrights to your entered photography. Authorization from photographer must be available on request for any entries copyrighted or watermarked by professional photos. If such authorization cannot be provided upon request, submission is automatically disqualified.
• Photos that include people with pets are allowed for voting purposes, if a photo that includes a human wins the contest, we may ask for other photos as alternatives for merchandise printing.
• Heavily filtered photos, including those with stickers or doodles are not recommended to be used as entries.
• Once entered, all photos become the property of the Ryan Animal Rescue Foundation and may be used for future marketing needs.
• The Ryan Animal Rescue Foundation reserves the right to decline entry photographs for any reason. Should this happen, you will be notified, if an appropriate replacement cannot be obtained, your entry fee can be refunded if desired. The Ryan Animal Rescue Foundation has final approval on all photos submitted.
• Employees, Volunteers and Board Members of the Ryan Animal Rescue Foundation are welcome to submit photographs and encouraged to fundraise.

• Entry fee is a $5 donation to submit your favorite photo of your pet(s)!
  You may enter one photo with no more than three pets to be eligible for the grand prize or multiple entries of different pets, each receiving their own votes. ($5 entry donation per photo submitted).
• For each entry please include:
  • Your Pet(s) name(s)
  • Your name & email
  • A short bio about your pet(s) be sure to include any fun facts, tricks or quirks that might increase their votes!
• We encourage entries of foster animals and long-term shelter/rescue pets awaiting adoption. With permission from the adopting organization of course!
• The submission period begins at 9:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Friday, October 15, 2021, and ends at 11:00:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, October 27, 2021.
• Voting period begins at 9:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Friday, October 15, 2021 and ends at 9:00:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Saturday, October 30, 2021.

• Each vote donation is $1, and there is no limit to the number of votes one may cast for the duration of the contest.
• You must purchase a minimum of five (5) votes at a time for a minimum charge of $5 due to credit card process rules.
• You may vote for your own photo, and there is no limit to the number of personal votes you can cast.
• Online voting begins as soon as the photo is registered and ends October 30,2021 at 9 p.m. ET.

In addition to the online system, voting can be done by phone by calling 401-702-RARF (7273). Votes made over the phone must be processed with a credit card and are restricted to a $20 minimum. To make sure a vote is credited to the correct photo, voters must identify the pet and owner's name.

At this time we are unable to accept votes via mail.
