Gramps is a 14 year old Black Lab that is blind and deaf, but by no means, has given up on life - quite the contrary, he looks forward to each new day. His steps may have slowed down, but as he would put it, "I still always get where I am going". He never has an accident in the house and will protest if you imply that he might be incontinent. Gramps navigates around the house very well and outside, knows where the Kuranda bed is located and doesn't mind climbing up on it to take a snooze. If you put your face in front of his, he will shower you with kisses coming from a big, fat tongue. There is nothing in life like the big hug you get from a Black Lab. We think Gramps is a keeper!
