Scooter was listed on a social media page looking for rescue. He was found on a desert road in California. He had been injured and was unable to use his hind legs. A Promise of Love Rescue took him in and Scooter has never looked back. After the vets at UW Madison diagnosed him with a severed spin, Scooter was fitted with a pair of wheels and his new life began. This pup will not allow his disability to slow him down. He is the official spokespup for A Promise of Love and can be seen at all our events and fundraisers!
