Photo Entry & Eligibility
- You can enter photos and vote from October 12th, 2017 at 12:00 am CST until December 2, 2017 at 8:00 pm CST.
- The donation amount required to submit a photo into the contest is $5.00. Entries are unlimited.
- Each vote is $1.00. Votes are unlimited. You will be able to share your photos with friends and family (and strangers too if you’d like) to allow them to vote.
- Photos of companion animals (no wild animals or photos including people please) may be entered. Since we love all animals, the contest is not restricted to cats and dogs. All animal lovers can join in the fun!
- Multiple animals can be in a single photo.
- Black and white photos are acceptable.
- If your photo was taken by a professional or commercial photographer, you must send a signed copyright release to deborahlachman@gmail.com
- All animals must be depicted in a humane manner. Any photo deemed inappropriate by Real Estate to the Rescue will be removed without reimbursement of the entry fee.
Additional Information
- All photos submitted become the property of Real Estate to the Rescue and may be used and/or altered for other promo- tional and/or fundraising efforts relating to the
- If a winning photo is deemed inappropriate by Real Estate to the Rescue, Real Estate to the Rescue reserves the right to replace the photo with another eligible photo to be included in fundraising and social media campaigns.
- Real Estate to the Rescue reserves the right to alter contest rules if necessary.
