Apollo sat in a kill shelter for 5 months after which he was on borrowed time. As soon as we saw him we rescued him. I gave Apollo his freedom ride, on the way to his foster home I told him he was safe. Less than 2 weeks later the foster kicked him out due to no fault of his own. That night I promised him I’d keep him safe. Over the next 4mo three more fosters failed him and he’d stolen my heart. I decided Apollo kept coming back to me for a reason and he being a part of our family was meant to be. In September I made it official and adopted him.
Apollo is now forever safe and very much loved!
