Rebel Ranch Gallery Wall Contest

Kelly Mac Studios and Pet Wants Chino are teaming up to host a fun contest to raise money for Rebel Ranch.

Pet Wants, located in Chino, CA, has an empty wall space in their store that is the perfect place to display portraits of beloved dogs. By entering this contest, you could win a spot for your precious pup to shine on the gallery wall!

6 lucky pup winners will have their photo taken by Kelly Mac Studios and displayed for all to admire for the next 6 months!

The professional photo session with Kelly Mac Studios will be scheduled for a date in June, between June 1 and June 15, 2024 at predetermined locations throughout the Inland Empire. If you are unable to commit to a photo session during this time, or find yourself unable to travel to one of the pre-selected locations, you forfeit your winnings and the next top vote getter will take your pet’s spot. No exceptions.

Fees for photo entries and votes will help Rebel Ranch with the important work they do using dogs and horses to promote mental health awareness and to improve mental well-being for individuals in the community.

Prizes

Grand Prizes:

The winners of the photo contest will be determined by the top 6 entrants that get the most votes.
The top 6 vote getters will have win a professional photo session with Kelly Mac Studios that will be scheduled for a date in June, between June 1 and June 15, 2024 at predetermined locations throughout the Inland Empire. If you are unable to commit to a photo session during this time, or find yourself unable to travel to one of the pre-selected locations, you forfeit your winnings and the next top vote getter will take your pet’s spot. No exceptions.
All winners will receive one high-resolution digital image from their session. Kelly Mac Studios will choose the best image from each session.
The image will be printed and hung up in Pet Wants Chino on a gallery wall.
The gallery wall will be ready for viewing and a special reveal party will be held in August (date TBD) at Pet Wants Chino.
The winning images will remain on the gallery wall 6 months following the reveal party. There is an option for winners to purchase their dog’s print at a highly discounted rate at the end of the 6 months.
All winners will receive a $100 product credit and will have the opportunity to use this toward the optional purchase of additional artwork from Kelly Mac Studios.
Special prizes will be announced and given out weekly during the entry and voting period, based on the highest number of new votes each week. In the event of a tie for that week's most votes or if there are no new votes for that week, a random computerized drawing will be held for all eligible pets.

Rules

Entries:

Each entry is a $5 donation.
Limit of 1 dog per photo entry. People are not allowed in photos, only your pet. Photos that do not follow these rules will not be eligible to win with no opportunity for a refund.
All photos must be your own work; we cannot accept any copyrighted or professional photos.
All photos must be uploaded; we cannot accept printed photos.
The Submissions Period starts at 12:00:00 AM (Pacific Time) on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (Pacific Time) on Friday, May 31, 2024.
Contest entry fees are tax deductible. The email acknowledgment to your online donation serves as your tax receipt.
Any photograph that includes content that is deemed inappropriate, indecent, or obscene, as determined by Kelly Mac Studios in its sole discretion, will be removed from the contest with no opportunity for a refund.
Posting more than one photo of your pet does not increase the chances of winning. The winners of the photo contest will be determined by the top 6 entries that receive the most votes. The same pet can only win once. Attempts to win two spots on the gallery wall by the same pet will not be permitted.

Voting:

Each $1 counts as one (1) vote.
All donations from voting are non-refundable. Entries and donations must be made via the online contest page. Contest payments online are through a secure site.
Contest votes are tax deductible. The email acknowledgment to your online donation serves as your tax receipt.
All winners will be determined by electronic vote tabulations under the supervision of GoGoPhotoContest, whose decisions are final and binding.
The Voting Period starts at 12:00:00 AM (Pacific Time) on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (Pacific Time) on Friday, May 31, 2024.

Gallery Wall Photo Session:

The top 6 vote getters will win a professional on-location photo session by Kelly Mac Studios at a pre-selected location in the Inland Empire area between June 1 and June 15, 2024.
If you are unable to commit to a photo session during those times or find yourself unable to travel to any of the pre-selected locations, you forfeit your winning and the next top vote getter will take your pet's spot on the gallery wall - no exceptions.
The photographer, Kelly Mac Studios, will choose the best image of the pets to be used for the gallery wall prints, along with the position of each print on the wall.

Weekly Mini-Contests:

The pet receiving the highest number of new votes each week over the course of the contest will win a mini-contest prize from one of the participating businesses.
Each pet may only win a weekly mini-contest once.
In the event of a tie, a random computerized draw will be held between the highest vote getters of the week to determine that week's winner.
In the event that there are no new votes for that week, a random computerized draw will be held for all eligible pets.
Certain individual business restrictions and limitations may apply and may vary by business. Kelly Mac Studios is not responsible for these restrictions and eligibility requirements as determined by each business.

The Fine Print:

By submitting a photo entry, you warrant and represent that your entry is your own original work created by you and that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your entry materials. If you submit an entry that is copyrighted by another individual, you are responsible for any legal action the copyright holder takes against you.
By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Rebel Ranch, Pet Wants Chino, and Kelly Mac Studios and each of their respective officers, directors, representatives, volunteers and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claims of any nature arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.
