Spencer was found loose on the streets of San Diego in 2007. He kicked around in the Animal Control system until he was fostered to Monterey County Dalmatian Rescue where we adopted him from. He is our faithful, beloved Spotty Dog, and he is doing his best to help raise two energetic Dachshund puppies as the Big Brother.
