Calendar Ad Sponsorship

Thank you for supporting Rochester Hope for Pets by sponsoring the production of our 2026 Paws Around the ROC themed calendar! This year we will print 500 full-color calendars which will be revealed at our A Year of Hope: Calendars and Cocktails event on Wednesday Nov. 1, 2025 at the beautiful Arbor Loft. By purchasing a sponsor space in our calendar, you are supporting the lifesaving programs and resources we offer to the families and their beloved pets in the Rochester, NY and Finger Lakes area. At the bottom of each month, two black and white sponsor spaces with the dimensions of 3½" by 1¼" will be featured. A single sponsorship is $150 for one ad, or $250 for two spots in the calendar. All graphics and payments are due no later than September 1, 2025. Materials should be emailed to Krista Brown, at info@rochesterhopeforpets.org or call for more information (585) 532-7406.
Ad placements are determined on a first-come basis.Rochester Hope for Pets (RHFP), a non-profit charitable organization operating out of Rochester, NY, is recognized as tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue code. Donations to nonprofits with 501(c)(3) tax exempt status are tax deductible as charitable contributions to the full extent allowed by law. Rochester Hope for Pets has not provided any goods or services in consideration, in whole or in part, for this contribution.
