The top 12 pets with the most votes will be featured as a Pet of the Month in the 2024 Rebel Rescue South Korea Pet Calendar. In addition, the owner of the top overall vote-getter will be able to pick which month their pet is featured.

Just want a guaranteed spot in the calendar? Reserve a day to honor your pet. This can be for your pet's adoption anniversary, birthday, loved one's birthday, memorial or really any special day! Your pet's photo will appear on the day of your choice. Just choose your favorite photo and then choose the day and pay! First come first served! Once a date has been reserved, it will no longer be available.

Rules
- Photos of dogs and cats are accepted.
- Each entry is $15. All donations from entries are non-refundable. Entries will be taken throughout the contest period.
- Your pet does not have to be adopted from Rebel Rescue South Korea or live in South Korea to be eligible to enter the contest.
- Photos should only contain one pet, but you may enter multiple pets as separate entries. Each pet should only be entered one time.
- Photos must not have any people in the photo.
- Photos with professional photographer watermarks are not eligible to be entered in the contest or included in the calendar. You must own the copyright to the photograph.
- Photos deemed offensive, indecent or obscene will be removed from the contest.
- Photos must be full-color and not heavily filtered, edited, or altered.
- All online photo entries must be submitted by midnight (11:59:59 PM Korea Time) on Sunday, October 15, 2023.
- All photos submitted become the property of Rebel Rescue South Korea to be used for printing and advertising purposes at its discretion.
- Photos must be high resolution for printing purposes. If you are taking photos with your phone, please be sure to capture your image in landscape and at the highest possible setting in order to meet resolution criteria.
Voting
Each vote costs $1, and there is no limit to the number of votes one may cast for the duration of the contest. You must purchase a minimum of five votes at a time for a minimum charge of $5. You may vote for your own photo.
All donations from voting are non-refundable. Voting and other donations must be made through the online contest page.
Rebel Rescue South Korea was founded in Asan, South Korea. We started as a small group of volunteer military spouses that helped at Asan Cheonsawon Shelter. RRSK worked hard there to help adopt out many dogs and provide veterinary care and love to dogs that had so little. Since then, ACS has closed, but the mission of RRSK remains - to change the lives of dogs in South Korea.
We have changed locations and work on a smaller scale now with about 50 dogs in our care at any given time. Volunteers provide the dogs with clean kennels, food, water, blankets, and walks daily. We are still primarily a group of U.S. military spouses, but we also now have a group of expats that want to make a difference and an amazing Korean volunteer team that helps us tremendously with navigating the challenges that come with rescue work in a foreign country. We rescue dogs (and cats!) primarily from kill shelters, hoarding situations, meat farms, and the streets. Many of our rescues come with some type of trauma and need help working through that to trust people. Our goal is to find each dog or cat a loving, forever home!
