Is your pet adorable? Is your pet even more adorable wearing a Halloween costume? If you can answer yes to both these questions then we highly recommend you submit your photo to our 2017 Howl-O-Ween Photo Contest, sponsored by Town & Country Realty!

There's no way we trust ourselves with the difficult task of picking a winner so we're leaving the choice up to you! Best of all, 100% of proceeds from entry fees and voting go to help the pets at SafeHaven Humane Society.

All photos submitted to the contest will appear online, where the public can vote for their favorite pets. $5 purchases five votes that can be awarded to as many (or as few) pets as desired.

People can vote as often as they like and votes will be displayed on the contest web page as they come in. Vote early, vote often, and encourage friends and families to vote. The goal is to raise $10,000 to help SafeHaven pets.

Everyone is welcome to enter a photo of their pet in the contest. Photos must fit into our Howl-O-Ween theme (pets in costume or pets in a Halloween setting). Photos can be entered into one of three categories: Best Dog, Best Cat, and Best SafeHaven Alumni (which includes dogs, cats, rabbits and guinea pigs). You can enter as many photos as you like. There is a $10 entry fee per photo.

Prizes

The winning photographer in the Best Dog category will receive a $100 coffee gift card, a free training class of their choice, 2 tickets to one of our signature events as well as a special gift basket full of dog toys, treats, and more goodies!


The winning photographer in the Best Cat category will receive a $100 coffee gift card, cat tower, 2 tickets to one of our signature events as well as a special gift basket full of cat toys, treats, and more goodies!


The winning photographer in the Best SafeHaven Alumni category will receive a complimentary photo session that will be featured on the cover of our Winter 2017 Pet Press magazine. The winner will also receive a $100 coffee gift card, 2 tickets to one of our signature events as well as a special gift basket full of dog toys, treats, and more goodies! Additionally, the winner in this category will also receive a complimentary Kennel Sponsorship.

All winners will be featured in the Winter issue of the Pet Press as well as online via our website and social media.

There is a $10 fee to enter a photo in the contest. The deadline for submitting photos is 11 pm on October 30, 2017.

Voting closes at 11 pm on October 30, 2017.
