Chewy was twice rescued before he came to live with us in Albany, Oregon. This loving, silly boy settled right into our hearts and has encouraged multiple friends to adopt since becoming part of our family. He is an amazing example of his breed, a pit bull mix, and has encouraged many to investigate what they think they know of pit bulls, rescues and breed restrictions. Even if he weren’t such a great ambassador for pits and rescued pets, we would love him dearly because of his gentle and playful demeanor and patience with everyone around him.
