Guido is the man. He has a plan. That plan includes a ball.

Guido was rescued in San Francisco. He was found running in the street near a garage sale from sun up to sun down. We took him in and tried to find his owner, but after 30 days the County said he was ours.

Guido is suave. He has moves. He will lay his paw on you when you are stressed or upset and very slowly slide it to the floor. He will repeat this action until you feel better.

He will wag his straight tail repeatedly when you look at him, mention his name, smile at him, reach for a door handle, reach for a leash, reach for your toothbrush, mention dinner or breathe.

His favorite thing on the planet is a ball. Anyone’s ball, anytime, anywhere.

He likes us. He likes the beach, getting wet, driving in the car, boating, paddle boarding, camping, visiting seniors, visiting my daughters class, the dog park, running errands, sleeping in the bed and the smell of livestock.

At the park, when he was young, he would fetch any ball, anytime, belonging to anyone for 3 hrs straight. Now, at the park and almost 10 yrs old, he will find any ball, every time, belonging to anyone and just walk around at a fast pace with it for 3 hrs.

He has a best friend who he grew up with. His best friend is my daughter. He likes cats, ferrets, fish, our other dogs and puts up with our dive bombing lovebird.

Guido is a 10yr old, wire hair, neutered, terrier concoction.

We love him.
