Pepper was surrendered to the shelter on his 3rd birthday. When we adopted him we were advised of his condition of cataracts developing in both eyes. This condition has become progressively worse but Pep has become a loving companion in our household. His semi blind condition makes him a little dependent on us for his overall activity but also makes him the perfect dog for us. We live in the country where most dogs might be tempted to wander off and explore but Pepper stays close. He knows his boundaries and walks off leash beautifully. He’s a great dog!
