A little about me...
Elmer was with the rescue for over 2 years before he became a part of our family and had his own set of special needs. One was that he could be the only dog as he was super protective of his humans. But, guess what? After some love, patience and persistence, Elmer acquired a basset hound brother when I met my boyfriend. Elmer and his brother Pappy are now inseparable and living their best lives with all the love and treats they want! Elmer is truly a miracle and so is his forever home! He's the best dog I could have ever asked for and makes it clear I am his hooman! He's so happy and still loves his toys!
