Look at those sweet eyes! 💕 Cooper has learned to be a dog!! He’s the sweetest puppy who has overcome a great deal of neglect during his first 6 mos of his life. His confidence continues to grow as he continues to overcome the fears he had from being unsocialized and neglected.
