Saving with Soul Pet Rescue is among the largest dog and cat rescues in the Florida Panhandle, bringing nearly 2,000 homeless animals through the rescue every year. We pride ourselves on being a "mutt" rescue in that we aren't particular as to breed, size or even traditional beauty - we like to say that as long as it's a "nice dog or cat" we can probably find them a home. In fact, we absolutely adore the Special Souls - that is - dogs and cats with special needs, which would normally make them less adoptable in a traditional shelter environment.

Saving with Soul also offers the only low-cost spay/neuter facility across five Florida counties! We are able to sterilize 200 pets per week at a cost hundreds of dollars less than in regular veterinary practices.

If you haven't yet, please visit our new PUPStop facility north of Baker, Florida where we house 20-30 dogs, including many small and medium breeds. We're open 7 days a week so drop on by. We have a great staff and a wonderful ambience, so we promise you'll enjoy it.
