Scooter's Pals Dog Rescue is holding its first online photo contest to raise funds to help rescue, care for and re home dogs in need. Scooter's receives no financial support from any national or local humane organization. Programs are supported solely by donations, adoptions and fundraising events. Scooters is a IRS-designated 501(c)(3) charity, making all donations tax deductible.
